First of all i didnt know where to put the thread in so i just put it here.

 

should i buy this one and save like 100 dollars http://pcpartpicker.com/list/NpTRGf ( r9 390 is on sale where i live atm )

or should i get this one and waste like 50 dollars more http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wKjCyf 

and one more question i know its in the wrong section but in the first build is the PSU a smart choice or should i get the down below and change the ssd to save me some extra cash

well the Fractal Design Integra M is Tier Three

Some Haswell compatible, some not (maybe unconfirmed). Still safe to use and stable, just lower quality components. Not really ideal in serious overclocking or super-high load situations, such as a Bitcoin mining rig or a high end gaming system.

Id say go for the cheaper one but ditch the 240MM cooler and get a i7 6700k with a 120mm cooler the experience would be really noticable
