Took everything out except psu and the cpu. Again same result. Isn't it weird that it turns on automatically after i plug the power cable into psu? I think it might be psu?

Some motherboards have a BIOS option that automatically kicks in when power is applied. You might have a power option in your BIOS that automatically turns the computer on once power is reapplied. I have had and currently have a motherboard with that feature but I leave it off because it's not useful in my application. I wish my server motherboard in my NAS had that as an option but to my surprise it does not...at least it has IPMI.

Your welcome. Left the forum know if it acts up again or if anything else malfunctions.

Like i said in title, it won't turn on. After i press the button it turns in for few secs then shuts down and again turns on and again off. After that it doesn't react on power on button until i take the psu cable out and back in. Before i had same problems but it would turn on after it restarts few times and then says some bios error messgage. So what do i need to do now? Should i try taking the mobo battery out and back in?

If you're getting a BIOS error message, then there is obviously something wrong with your computer. It could be hardware failing (or has failed), or it could be that your BIOS is corrupted. Yes, the first thing you should try is clearing the CMOS. You should have a jumper on the mobo for that, so you shouldn't have to remove the batter. Consult your mobo manual for clearing the CMOS.

"battery" so we're talking about a laptop here?

No, he's talking about the CMOS battery

OOOOH!!!, Sorry sorry. Well don't I look stupid now. I haven't had reason to remove that in a very long time so I forgot it existed. How many sticks of RAM do you have?

Only one stick but 2 slots'i will try replacing it in other slot after i take out the battery and put it back in.

I was hoping you had at least two sticks. If one is malfunctioning it can cause this type of issue. Lets hope I'm wrong and it isn't a RAM issue. Resetting CMOS can help if it's a overclocking problem but otherwise I don't think so.

Neither worked. As soon as i put the psu cable inside it, it turns on for a second and every fan spins and then in shuts down and again turns on for a second and turns off. After that it doesn't react to power on button until i unplug the cable and plug it back in...

I would go crazy on it. Remove GPU, remove RAM, remove CPU, unplug HDD/SSD, any other accessories EXCEPT fans and PSU. See if it powers without shutting down. The motherboard should be able to power on with no CPU installed (It won't do anything though) if it doesn't shutdown and restart the issue is CPU/GPU/HDD/SSD or other perifrial related. if it still does it. You motherboard might be shot.

I can try everything except removing cpu because i don't have thermal paste to replace if i take it out..

CPU's are rather resilient. They're rarely the cause of failure unless it's been running hot for very long periods and the chip is already old. Try unplugging other components. There might be some type of electrical short somewhere.

Ok so after i put everything back in and then after about 30 failed tries to turn on it actually turned on. Now it works perfectly fine. The weird thing is that Floppy drive now appears in my devices which is strange because i don't have one. Well seems like it is really time for a new pc :D Thanks for your help man, really appreciated
