So tell me if this could work

1. My GTX 980Ti G1 has coil whine but only with Vsync of.
2. im having some problem at the moment when i turn my computer on the GPU will only detect 1 or 2 of my 3 displays and i have to plug and unplug till it detects them all.

So my point, would it be possible to ring up the store where i got it from and ask if i can take it back in and get a different card cause i could put an extra $100 in and get a 1080  
Just a thought but what do you guys think? would it work?

i think you should just sell the 980ti for cheap since it has issues and buy a 1070 or 1080 (sell it for real cheap like 200$)

its defective, they should at LEAST exchange it.  I'd think that most would allow store credit though

But my cards still under warranty so thats why i thought i may be able to take it back to the store where i got it from and ask if i can just get another card as a replacement and then suggest getting a 1080 and saying i will pay the $100 difference

a shop called Computer Alliance in Australia, i think it had like a 1 year warranty not sure, could of been 3.

@matto97 they will probobly give you store credit which should be good, good thing its not like under warranty from a very large company because they really heckle you, the best warranty experience i've ever had was from a smallish company in america called microcenter
