Hello everyone , so let's say I have a thousand dollars to shell on parts to build a PC, what would be your idea of an optimal build for gaming , video editing , and motion graphic design in after effects and cinema 4D?, with priority given to the latter 3,

Couple things to note: atleast 16gb or ram and an SSD needs to be included in your configuration

I wouldn't get the 980 ti anyway. If your main focus is content creation, OP, the 5820k is the CPU for you. That means you'll need to sacrifice some GPU power

The goal was to not go over 1000, but how does the i7 5820k compare against the i7 6700k, this seems like a solid build, but it's over the intended limit, was thinking maybe a few corners could be cut, but I can't see where

For the GPU, the only one I have in mind is the Rx 480, waiting to see actual performance,
