is there a way to downgrade adobe software? i hit update that i noitced i needed to keep the older one is there a way to change back to the older one?

They may keep all versions available on their website, but I don't know if they actually do or not, the other option is trying to find an old version through less legitimate channels.

Torrents etc, I worded it that way for a reason. But it's always hit or miss, you could try unistalling the program or reverting using system restore as well

Well I did also say system restore which is a good bet if you did this recently, also you own the software already  there is no issue in reobtaining it so long as you don't distribute it
