Removing file explorer

I got a windows 10 surface pro tablet. I am in the process of cleaning up the start menu for our dept. I am just having a hard time remembering if there is a option in GPM to disable file explorer from showing up in the start menu.

I'm pretty sure you "right click" (press and hold) and the resulting menu should allow you to delete it.

That's what I thought also. But it just gives me the options to unpin it from the taskbar. I want the start menu to just have the power option. I am looking through GPMEditior also.
