Which one GPU

Hi, 
I am on the way to upgrade my gpu ( 9800GTX+ ) now. i decide to buy an evga 760 with 4gb of ram. My final choice is for these two models. EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Dual FTW 4GB w/ EVGA ACX Cooler and EVGA GeForce GTX 760 4GB obviously the first one looks like to be faster but i need to hear your opinion. which card will be more silent in full load, any problems with stability with the FTW version, any other option not over 300 euro?
also i include my rig setup to tell me if my psu it will be ok with any of these gpu.

ram: 12 GB
mobo: X58A-UD3R
psu: CORSAIR 650HXEU PRO
hd1: raptor-x 350 GB 10.000 rpm
hd2: 1,5 TB
hd3: 500 GB
hd4: 2 TB ( connection with usb and external power cable )
optical: 1x DVDR-DL
monitors: 2x 1920x1080 res

Of those two, the one with the aftermarket cooler. Have you considered one of the newer AMD GPUs?
