If you can get kinds skechy stuff at some site, but there normally misuesd vl keys that can be unactivated.

The cheapest, legit way would be to buy it off of a site like newegg, which is about $100 USD. However, a less legit way that still works is using sites like kinguin or g2a. I myself used kinguin to purchase a windows 10 key and it works flawlessly so far for only $28 USD. Just make sure you buy the buyer protection if you decide to go that route.
