Riva Statistics tuner. Just limit the fps... really easy. It comes with Afterburner. It also has no lag like true v-sync which is why I love it. You can limit it to anything you want. My monitor right now has a 75hz refresh, which was top of the line back in the day. And I had thought I upgraded to a Viewsonic, yet the Viewsonic has a refresh of 50hz... uggg.... I was wondering why everything looked like it was tearing except benchmarks.

If you go to the nvidia control pannel and open the 3D-Settings, you can add the .exe from the game to the game specific settings if its not already detected.
If you have the game open, while adding a new programm, you'll already have the process name in the list with suggested applications to add.

From there you can select whatever v-Sync mode you want for the game in the list of settings below.

If you cant find the settings, maybe this professionaly created image can help you: http://imgur.com/5WkeMqe
