Who are you proving wrong, how, and can you post a TL:DW?

TL:DW

OK so I stated that a GTX 970 can run GTAV at 60fps very high/ultra, without advanced settings. These people, or atleast abdul201588 said benchmarks or it didnt happen, so I made a video of me running benchmark at wayyy over 60fps (excluding the end where it dropped to 60-50)

Im not trolling, im serious, what do you mean more powerful than GTX 980? My 970 can run GTAV with everything very high/ultra (excl advanced settings) at almost steady 60fps

Show us the benchmark...

you quoted that, so i assumed that you meant the 970 :D

 i guess this is all a big misunderstanding, as i dont have the 645 anymore.

lets just all agree to disagree ok? you dont believe me and i have no way of proving it :D

Well, i said:

"I dont have GTAV installed on my pc atm, but when i do install it i can make a frickin video if you dont believe me."

and i assumed that they understood that i was talking about my gtx970 pc as i said  " My 970 can run GTAV with everything very high/ultra (excl advanced settings) at almost steady 60fps". Bananasplit quoted that and said "please do" and abdul also quoted and said show us the benchmarks.....

so TL:DR

misconceptions, misconceptions everywhere.

How to estimate the relative performance of nVidia cards

q - relative performance digits in the family

g - family digits

P - relative performance coefficient

Q = q1 / q2

G = g1 - g2

P = Q / G

----------------------------------------

Q = 45 / 70 ~= 0.64286

G = 9 - 6 = 3

P = 0.64286 / 3 = 0.2143

get the average FPS from the run, multiply it by P and you roughly get the GTX645 performance

CPU: Intel i7 5820K @ 4.20 GHz | MotherboardMSI X99S SLI PLUS | RAM: Corsair LPX 16GB DDR4 @ 2666MHz | GPU: Sapphire R9 Fury (x2 CrossFire)
