Help please

So i have been using Skrill and i violated their terms of use. They told me that i won't be able to use my account anymore and i need to take my money from my account to my bank account. I agree to everything,i did mistake and yeah i'm ok with not using Skrill anymore. In email they said this: "As a regulated financial institution, we take any violation of our policies very seriously and are strict in enforcing the measures stipulated above. A non-refundable administration fee of 150.00 EUR has been deducted from your account balance." They have not declared anywhere in their terms of use that they can take money from your account because of "breaking" the rules. So what the fu** am i supposed to do now? I had 228 Euro on my account and they took like 70% of it! Anyone from here had same problem? Please help me and say what how you resolved it...
