Hi everyone,

 

I am building my first ever PC and choose the following parts. Any recommendations or tips highly appreciated. I am still thinking on a case any suggestions will be nice. Thanks:D

 

 

CPU - i5-6600K

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9

Motherboard -  Gigabyte GA-Z170X Gaming 3 ATX LGA1151

RAM - G.Skill RipJaws V series 16GB (2X 8GB) DDR4-2400

Storage - OCZ Trion 150 240GB 2.5 SSD

                Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB

GPU - EVGA GTX 1070 Founders Edition

PSU - be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 10 700W ATX 12V

Case - Still thinking

Personally I would go for even two RX 480s in SLI since there SLI scaling from what we know of from there released benchmarks if phenominal (86% more FPS when adding a 2nd card). Also its cheaper.

I was thinking the same RX 480s in crossfire is more powerfull but then I had to keep in mind the heat and all the potential problems I could have running in Crossfire.

well AMD calls it crossfire, but it's worth considering that crossfire/sli is more prone to gremlins than a single gpu setup.
For the case get something really cool like a CM Cosmos 2 lol

It's a great case except that it doesn't have a window and costs as much as a good cpu

Ok, serious suggestion for a case, phanteks are nice, and I believe they don't use rivets in their case building so you can freely remove whatever you don't want
