What are some communication apps for android to ios devices. Which apps has messaging and video calls? That you can contact iPhones and iPads from an android phone.

you can call or text them, lol . 

 

but for video calling I have used tango before, its ok. 

and there are a ton of messenger apps. 

Anything specific your trying to do?

hangouts? you can integrate sms into it also and there is an option to combine the sms and hangouts messages for the person into the same thread

I use telegram, it is great

Yes. It can be used on Web, Windows Phone, Blackberry, and iOS and Android.

WhatsApp is what I use. It's on Windows Phone, Android or IOS. You can all do calls but not video calls.

 

Skype has all the features you listed that you wanted......
