Duel gamer single PC

So recently i acquired 64GB of DDR4 2133Mhz Ram.

I wanted to make a duel gamer single PC system and wanted to know how this is and what i should change/get.

 

Xeon (Need something thats a 8 core 3Ghz and DDR4 supporting)

64GB DDR4 2133Mhz

Samsung 850 Evo 2TB

EVGA SuperNova 750W Gold

Corsair H55

NZXT H440
 

Budget is 1200 NZD

Ram is already bought, as is storage.

xeon should be e5 2670v3 12 cores and you can get them for $200 on ebay
