Is there a way to remove this? My pc restarts every 10 minutes and I can't do any thing lol.

looks like windows 10 and no way around it you should have set a later time in the scheduler

That shouldn't happen... it should automatically schedule the update for when you're not on the PC, and let you delay that schedule for like an additional week or so if that doesn't work for you.

This has actually inspired me to make a post about this.  I'm working on it now and hopefully it can solve or at least explain discrepancies to me, you, and others.
