Change your resolution around, and if that doesn't help then try updating your video driver, or reinstalling it if it is already the latest version.

Wasn't sure how to describe my problem in the Title, but i have a issue where the drop-down menu (when you right click) doesnt completely disappear.

I changed my desktop background and after i selected "set as desktop background" from the drop-down menu it doesn't disappear. Shown in this image.

I have been having this issue for about a week and have no clue why this might be happening.

(to be clear it is not just the "set as desktop background" that doesn't go away, it is everything from a drop down menu i click.

Try restarting your computer? Might just be a random glitch.

i have done it multiple times, but soon enough it happens again.

Thank you! the link you sent me had the solution.

I just had to go into performance options-> visual effects, and deselect "fade out menu items after clicking" and end the process called "dwm.exe" in the task manager.
