What's the best mobo for skylake core i7 6700 non-k I don't need to OC and has red accents?

The best motherboard will be some thing like a ASUS ROG board, like the asus maximus viii assembly.

"best" is kind of a personal preference

 

motherboard choice comes down to features, and that's a lot more than just chipset and color.
