Thoughts on this build?

Good day guys, I'm planning on making a somehow decent gaming computer, thoughts on this build.

Is it okay if I chose mATX motherboard? This size is the only thing available in my local store, it's hard to find motherboards that support lga 1155. 

 

This is a budget build so yeah. My first time building. Thanks guys.

What is your budget because i don't think you are getting a lot of value of the stuff you picked

About $430.. I already have intel i7 - 3770 so thats about $200 cut off.
