Looks good but for the graphics card wait for the RX 480, it's coming out on the 29th at $200 and it performs like a 980.

i'd go for just 8GB of ram and try to get an I5 in there, it will greatly improve your performance. An SSD would be nice as well, but you can add that later,

My advice is ditch the 212 cooler because you cannot OC and get a R9 390! (GTX 970 works to)

Im new with cpu knowledge but wont not having a fan shorten the life span of the cpu?

It comes with a cooler, not a very good one, but it should be fine since you're not OCing.

its okay, but the cpu is kinda old. get skylake if possible since the difference in price is only a few bucks.

Ok I'm actually going to consider the rx 480. Would the current(i5 4440) cpu be able to support the rx 480? Sorry if i asked a question stupid. If not tell me a cpu that is near the price range that is better and could support the rx 480

yes, but the i5 6400/6500 would be a better choice.
