which gaming headset should i pick?

hello Everyone im new to this forum and just wanna ask on which headset should i pick. PS: its my first time buying a gaming headset so a really good advice would be appreciated.

im Thinking on buying the Asus Strix 7.1 i know its expensive but one of the market near me offer a sale for it ( not so much ) or the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma the price is great it really fits my budget but i dont know to buy it or not.

G933 is pretty good headset but its currently out of my budget

Could you clarify your budget? You only said that you have one in the desc. but no numbers?

Headsets sound terrible for their price usually and the microphone its also usually meh.

Right now there are Sennheiser HD518 for sale on Amazon for $45. Those are better than any headset you can get under $200. I would say get those and buy separate microphone.

 

And you don't need surround sound because that is just gimmick. Those HD518 will give you way better sense of direction.

Really? I would just save 20 more bucks and bam your in the next price bracket. There are tons more good headphones just 20 bucks away. How soon do you need a heaset?

 

One way or another, I would still say logitech headphones, but that is entirely my personal preference.

Then do what I suggested. You will have way better headphones and microphone just within $100 compared to any headset in $180 price range. Better spend those $80 elsewhere.

wow thanks! you guys just save me some bucks and to TheNuzziNuzz im not in rush on buying gaming headset actually i could wait for the price to go down but not more than 20 days.

would be using the headset for.. i can say its light gaming but i want to hear like every sound detail that the game produce like CS GO, LoL, WoW and TF2 stuffs like that.
