Motherboard suggestions for Xeon X3450

I just picked up a Xeon X3450 chip rather cheap on Ebay and wanted to get some suggestions on a motherboard to pair it with.

I'd like to go with an ATX form factor, it MUST have a PS-2 port (Steelseries 7G keyboard, don't want to have to use adapters), I need it to support 7.1 audio, and would like to keep it under $100 USD.  Other than that, I'm very open to suggestions.

I was looking at an Asus P7P55D-E, but they're all coming in above what I'd like to ideally pay.  I'm trying to keep this as ultra budget and cheap as I possibly can :D.

I suggest you stick to P55 for your chipset.

Also a side note you will pay far more for the motherboard than the CPU, it's the same for X58, X79 etc.

looks like a damn fine board, has everything but an I/O shield... I'll take a look around ebay and see if I can find one, but that's probably the board I'm gonna go with.  Thanks a bunch Hex!
