That's the whole point, instead of having a dvd drive ruining the aesthetics, have it inside and hidden, only able to use it when I open the case.

Could I unscrew the optical drive bay and re-screw it in a different position ?

 

Besides, an external USB dvd drive would ruin my work space on my desk ^^, I have a large desk but I use all the space on it x)

if you get a small one if will fit behind or underneath the computer

+1 for USB dvd drive.

 

Or just convert your DVD stuff to digital.
