Looking really good. But if you your buying that i7K CPU and that cooler you probably want to overclock right?
I would probably pick other board. MSI is not the best when it comes to overclocking mobos.

Personally had few issues with the last few models I had with MSI, from compatibility to being unstable while oc.
I had a good deal on ASrock board back then and decided to give a go, now most of my builds I use them, they have great pricing and usually have more features for the same price and so far rock stable.

The Extreme series are pretty good if you want my suggestion.

You don't need a Samsung 950 PRO for a gaming pc. I would just stick with the 850 EVO.

The psu is overpriced. You can get the XFX XTR 750W for 118 Euros, or the SuperFlower Leadex for 124 Euros.

You don't need the extra thermal paste. You probably don't need the extra fans either as the case comes with 3 fans pre-installed.

Do I need a special PSU because all of them have their fans at the top and the case has a closed area for the PSU, or is that normal?

No the closed area in the case is just a cover. It just hides the psu cables etc. You can put the psu with the fan facing down as there is a filter underneath. The XFX or SuperFlower will both work fine.

One more question: I want to do custom sleeving, which pins do I need for the 1080, motherboard and so on?

I don't really know much about custom sleeving.

You can buy premade cables though like the ones in the link below:

https://www.caseking.de/search?sSearch=cablemod

You just need to make sure you get the correct power supply and cable set. So if you bought the EVGA G2 750W then you would want the E-Series cables.

Whats about the video card? The ASUS ROG STRIX GEFORCE 1080 isn't avaliable yet... Do you know another good video card?

None of the aftermarket cards are out yet. You can only pre-order them. You can ask the store where you are buying from to see if they have an estimated date.

I personally prefer Gigabyte, MSI and EVGA for Nvidia cards. The Asus will still be fine though if you like it.

What do you think is better:

(1) Wait until the cards are out.

(2) Build the pc and put an old (maybe an old amd radeon) in it and buy the video card as soon at it's going to be released -> (Would maybe good to save money, Free Win10 ist over at the end of July)

(3) Get another 1080
