Transparent uTorrent on Desktop

Recently after downloading uTorrent it started to leave a transparent image of it not only on the desktop, but ALL programs that I run even on games. On white background it's not noticeable but on black or dark backgrounds it shows. I've tried multiple reboots, uninstalled uTorrent but it's still there. Anyone have an idea of whats happening? This is my first post here btw

I can't see anything. It's just a background set to solid black for me. Maybe your monitor is broken...

Tried looking at the picture on a different device and it is black as well. Am trying to reset the pc cuz when  i connect my sister's laptop on the monitor it doesnt replicate the problem
