What cooler is better?

What CPU cooler is better for overclocking a Core i5-6600k? A  Hyper TX3 EVO or a  Noctua NH-U9B-SE2? I have the Noctua cooler now but I want to upgrade to that cooler, as thats all I can get.

Looks like the tx3 is louder and performs almost identically
