that's because you have files extensions hidden (it's on by default)

 

-Click the Start menu. ...

-Type "folder options" (without the quotes). ...

-A dialog box with the title "Folder Options" will appear. ...

-Click to uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for known file types".

-Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box.

 

Now go back the the file and rename it from "autorun.ini.txt" to "autorun.ini"

Also keep in mind this will not work on most machines, since, for obvious reasons, that would be a huge security vulnerability.
