new pc build lagging issues

hi ive just built my firt pc and its been fine for 3 days now and whilst trying to install bf4 off origin the computer whent nuts towars the last 20% so bad i couldnt use it anymore. i stopped the download and still was the same so had to restart my pc. anyone know why?

it seems to be fine now just on the web. but even my old pre build had no problem downloading it without freezing like that basically.

if it only happened once then it's probably fine then. it's only a download problem, nothing to be scared about.

im looking at my cpu voltage and its jumping around at like 0.8-1.35 is that ok? just worried lol

totally fine, when CPUs are not under load then the Ghz and voltages are lowered.

 

If you're really stressed you could run benchs and stress tests, like Prim95 and Aida64. You could also let a GPU bench run for an hour or so (like Unigine).
