HELP ME WITH MEMORY

Acctually im using windows 7 HE which makes games require more ram for some reason + the issue was solved after my system would not boot i thought that it might be a issue with my config so i removed all my ram dims and put in the 8gbx2 in and added 2gbs as i went on and fortunatly after about an hour it booted and now i have 12gigs of ram. I was playing COD Advanced Warefare which is more Cpu bond which caused a stutering issue my Gpu is rather new so i figured it was a ram problem which i also found out can cause studdering while gaming so i looked around my house for Spair ram And boom there i found in a box my uncle gave me BRAND NEW unopened 8gbx2 sticks which are the ones i used And now all the studdering issues have stopped and i can play on Maximum settings with no studdering

What do you need help with?

Also if you have 8GBs already, are you sure RAM is the issue? 8GBs is enough for gaming, what's the rest of your specs?

Just make sure they run at same MHz and CL and in 9/10 cases it will work! :) (beware of the voltage to...)

Minecraft eats up 6gb. 

A minecraft server on the other hand..

 

im using 17/24gb of ram for mc and a mc server

RAM is nearly the most simple thing in a computer. Any DDR3 will work with any other DDR3 99% of the time, same with any other DDR version.

Mix and Match as much as you want man, it'll work. (Just don't try adjusting the RAM in the BIOS with mix'n'match'd RAM)
