i have bought Antec One Hundred Case, but i didnt notice that its bottom has no vents.
So im really disappointed and i dunno if its right to put the psu fan facing the bottom of the case, or facing the top.
and as long as i know, the psu fan is intake, so it will bring the hot air from the gpu inside the PSU..

So do you think it's okay to make it facing the bottom of the case?

Definitely not facing down because then it will not get any airflow and it will cook itself. It should be fine facing up if you have proper ventilation throughout the rest of the case. Have plenty of intake fans pulling air inside the case and you'll be golden.

Well provided you're careful, that shouldn't be an issue.. Get a screwdriver with a magnetic tip!

You can (and frankly should) buy a fan filter for the power supply fan and grill. It's just a manetic square with dust-filtering material that will make it easier to keep dust off the PSU and will prevent you from dropping a screw in there.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

THIS and a PSU facing UP makes no difference man, it might just be a little louder as the fan may have to work a touch harder.

Although this one time I dropped a screw on a crappy PSU and it shorted something and there was a shock and the PCB around it was burnt. I was able to recover the screw AND the power supply didn't die. xD

Um, don't try this at home.

the problem is that my card temp is around 85C ... it might actually cook the psu..

But the video card isn't inside the PSU :P

And if it's good quality, it will shut itself off if it starts to run too hot. And if it's bad quality, it will cook itself anyway.

Last time I've used a Antec case was about 8 years ago with the 900. Then others caught up and newer companies got better designs that accommodates current hardware. Meanwhile, they're still suck in the past. It's sad they didn't bother keeping up to date, cause they were the go to cases in the ol days.

power supply fan facing up is ok.

Actually, your PSU is probably a Thermaltake SMART. It's pretty suspect and I'd replace it. Even a $52 dollar Seasonic will do better than it.
