No they dont... Paul and Jennifer freestyle it just fine and actually have some personality when theyre talking about a product.

I feel like Jennifer has a hard time speaking smoothly. Lots of pauses and uhs and "whoops sorry."

Yea thats true but Jennifer is new, and id rather hear a "whoops sorry" than robot talking joanne.

I prefer Paul doing overviews for products on Newegg. Joanne is cool but unfortunately she doesn't really know the tech she just reads whats on the screen.

I am more confused by newegg selling costumes now.

Like @helping said they always did. Costumes isn't the weirdest thing they sell though....
