questions about massdrop. Returns quality ect.

there is a pretty good deal on something i have wanted for a while on massdrop. First off is the quality of the product the same coming from the manufacturer or massdrop? Second question is if i am not satisfied is the return policy different then the one from the manufacturers website. and anything else i should know before buying from them?

Fantastic. They replaced one of my LG monitors because it had a single dead pixel. Not only that but they fully paid shipping both ways.
