I have a question...

Is it possible to make a multi-cd installation disk for Windows 7?

I only have CD Disks with 800MB storage but want to burn Win7 to CD.

Can I make a multi-part Windows install disk like when it reach a certen part of the installation, I need to insert disk 2, 3 etc to continue the setup?

...is CD really a necessity for you? You could buy a 4GB or 8GB thumb drive relatively cheaply and install the entire loader on that. USB2.0 is very backwards compatible so it should work for a very large range (old to new) of machines.

(seriously stop bashing, i use CDs regularly)

I don't think there is such thing, unfortuantely. You can try downloading tools for removing unnecesarry features from install to try and squeeze it to 800MB, but then you will have a very limited Windows 7 installation.

I reccomend you to get Linux if you're using CDs.

Well I have USB 4 USB's 2.0 64GB sticks, but the cmputer I am going to install on has all the USB broken. It's a 10 year old PC

Does the motherboard have any internal headers you could plug an adapter into and get USB2.0 that way? It might be written on the silkscreen "USB" or "USB2.0" Usually underneath the PCI slots or near the SATA ports.
