I have a budget of $700 (USD) and I want the best card to fit my build (RGB without acsents) if you have suggestions please tell me!

GALAX HoF is the record holder, I'm not sure about price or availability, but they've hit 2.2ghz on air and 2.5ghz on ln2.  It also has a white PCB which is nice.

If your not overclocking then the Strix OC has the highest factory clock so far. But I really suggest overclocking, it's super easy on modern Nvidia hardware.

730€ in Europe, so it should be around 670$ in US

We can also assume that the classified will be better than the FTW and the price will likely fall between $680-$720.

Yup, that's a deal breaker for me.  I can't stand the red and black aesthetic anymore.

Yeah it will be better in performance. But not by much probbably.

And I think you will be able to get same manual OC on both cards ... well depends on silicon lottery again :)

And so far there aren't any news about when release date for that classified. It might take some time.
