Hey guys

It's my first time posting here but i'm in real need of some pro help.

My rig right now: amd athlon x4 750k

4gbs of ram

500gb hdd

amd hd 7850

 

I'm planning on upgrading this potato...

I got two offers from 2 guys ( both used pc parts )

the first offer is ASRock H61M-VG4 and a Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz LGA1155  he only wants cash so i'd buy these two and keep the GPU etc.

 

or the other guy offered a trade: intel core i7 2600k + cooler

asus p8p67 motherboard

2x 4gb sticks of hyper x ram

zalman z9u3 case

and a 500w quality power supply

 

tl;dr

Should i even upgrade? Is it worth taking any of these offers?

No, he wants my whole PC for the list above ( no GPU ).

his pc is way better (than yours), although he has no gpu, do you not have the money to buy one?

The intel i5 guy wants 120 bucks for the motherboard + cpu tho

Yea i can buy a decent GPU next month i think

So, which one should i go for?
