HI there to any and all who can help me is there specific thermal paste I need to use to for the core i7 6000 skylake and the Be-Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3? or will any thermal paste work? SUPER THANKS!!!!

Any thermal paste will work, some better than others. I personally only use IC Diamond.

Thermal paste will come with the Dark Rock Pro 3. Use that.

It comes with paste either pre-applied or in tube. Thats as good as anything else. If you want to spend some money, I vouch for NT-1 from Noctua.
