Quiet pumps/AIO's?

Can anyone recommend pumps that are on the quiet side? I know they're not gonna be as quiet as an air cooler, I just don't want to be taken by surprise and end up with something that sounds like a truck. I'm just trying to look around and take stock of what's out there at the moment to keep things in mind for a potential upgrade within the next year or two.
