How is the Scythe Katana 4?

I am going to buy t he I5 6600K with the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming and i would like to know what do you guys think about the Scythe Katana 4.

Is it good? Can one OC with it?

It's alright for a heatsink that use a 90mm fan. You can probably hit 4.2ghz or so but probably nothing crazy. 

Where are you shopping/located? Budget? There may be better options for a similar price.

Im from Israel but giving you NIS price would make no sense since you'll probably not understand what it means, so i've translated this into USD

There's no point converting currencies if that's not what you're using.
