So after I got my 22 year ban of steam removed,

A new issue rised

 

Lets go from uhh the 8th of may

so I requested a refund

because I wanted my money back

then they reject it

so I'm cool with that and stuff

then for some reason, 8 days later they accept ALL my refunds

And this was while my 22 year ban was in place, at the time of the refund

after my ban was removed

I went and checked my account balance:

so then I'm like wtf

this money was waay back before my ban

when I was in the trading business, I retired now xD 

but anyways back to the actual problem

lets look at my purchase history and shit

you see me buy HLD and Don't starve

then I get the refund processed

but I don't receive the fucking money

Ignore the steam wallet refund, because I didn't ask for the fucking steam wallet refund, I asked for a game(s) refund

Which was supposedly done

and look at my last steam community market thing

it says 0.66

and after all this time, it still says 0.66

surely this cannot be a processing issue?

the 2 games were removed from my library

and I have not received the money

so where did it go you ask?

I do not fucking know

 

what to do now?

I made a ticket and all they said was this bullshit

Valve holds the rights to deny any refund on the grounds of potential abuse. Just suck it up and get a job.

I think OP is referring the minus sign before refunds that have been accepted, so to say.

Considering the nonsense OP experienced with his ban previous to this happening, I wouldn't be surprised if they messed up a few things in restoring his account.
