that looks to be a manufacturer only part to buy. not really an 'off-the-shelf' part.

the standoff looks close to the older corsair H100 (non-i) stand off for the LGA115x kit for 28mm.

 

for a get by workaround, could use a M3 screw and nuts to use like a jack/jam stud for temporary.
