CSGO help

Hi I dont know if this is the right forum but maybe you can help!

 

But I suddenly got this issue, with CSGO. I turned it on this morning and I started my daily deathmatch warmup. I found I was getting 9fps fixed and 350 to 400 ms ping. This is not normal. I have a GTX 970 and i7 3700k. I normally get 250fps. My internet speed is 6MB/s down and 2MB/s up, with a latency of roughly 30ms on CSGO. I have verified the files. Then reinstalled the game. Then reinstalled my graphics card drivers, and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any solutions!?!?!

vsync off ? maybe a fps lock in cs:go and or amd crimson driver? check launch options maybe some random stuff there.

check gpu usage/cpu usage and temps or and unusual stuff.

My rig is ballin and I got 40mb fiber and I randomly get 400 ping on some matches, I'd like an answer too

I dont have V-sync on, and I dont have anything AMD on my PC.

Thats lovely to hear, but im on about any and every match I join. I join anything like tdm and I cant play. Youre ping will be due to other people in youre area, or in youre house. Wifi is notoriously bad for ping in my situation at my house.

I use a cat7 cable and I can see my exchange other people in my area going on Facebook doesn't make my ping go from 15 to 500, cs on wifi lol
