  1. The deeper you go the warmer it is, perhaps doing an in pond cooler
  2. So I bought myself a x570 taichi razor board and wanted a full cover block and thought to myself the X 570 taichi will fit because it's the same bored just with some RGB and a razer logo..... it's not Hardly any difference in price but it has more phases different vrm setup a load of other bits like audio but also different mounting points so anyway this full cover block does not fit but I can't get one for that motherboard so I've decided to take a saw to it, As you can see in the pictures I've removed all the vrm mount points cut about 8 mm of the end as this bord has 2×8 pin chips
  3. Loop order doesn't matter at all, your dealing with maybe a 1 degree delta (temp difference) across the whole loop from hottest to coldest The best thing you can do is design your loop with the least restrictions and least elbows to improve flow
  4. You could run a vm depending on your CPU and then use the main GPU for gaming and the shit one for 2 desktop monitors This is an awful idea by the way and do not do it
  5. Gamers Nexus Done a video at launch about 3090 nvlink support and it was very poor Literally tomb raider, red dead, and quake
  6. Mine actually performs ok but my friend was less so and I convinced him to replaced his thermal pads and got a very decent bump, we've only tested them for mining because we are both putting them under water before we overclock them properly but his went from 3080 to 3090 performance it was very significant
  7. For the money you threw at it I strongly suggest you start mining I paid msrp £1400 for my 3090 Fe and my nicehash balance is already £826 in 3 months
  8. So by profession I am a commercial heating engineer and air conditioning engineer When you're talking about heating and Cooling it's all to do with energy the numbers directly transfer I mainly measure in (kilo)Watts which is handy when it comes to PCs because so do they What you're saying about calling in the ground is a really good idea as during the summer months or at least where I am the ground is much cooler than the air temperature and in the winter months it is obviously warmer but stable all year round I'm currently playing with multiple ideas for some very weird waterc
