It shouldn't be a huge bottleneck, but get the R9 380 instead.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

2. Don't buy gtx960. Buy an AMD r9 380(x)

3. I suggest buying a skylake core I3. You will have a better upgrade path
