I am going to build a gaming PC and i have a question. Will a AMD Athlon X4 860K work good with a EVGA GeForce GTX960 4GB and won't bottleneck it?

That'll work fine, however I recommend a skylake i3 cause you'll have a better up rage path. Do you have a budget, it's easier to judge your needs.

It shouldn't be a huge bottleneck, but get the R9 380 instead.
