question about premiere

I have gotten back from a game with my airsoft team, I took a camera with me, cheapish go pro knock off from amazon, footage is fine, 1080p at 60 fps, but the exposure in low light sucks so much that my screen is essentially blank bar tracers going back and forth, does anyone know if there is something in premiere or another software I can use to fix it?

Try Davinci Resolve: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve

 

It's a color correcting tool that has decent editing abilities too.

Try using the brightness and contrast. If your using the newest version you can change the exposure in the lumetri color panel.

You can use Speed Grade but Premiere and After Effects already have a bunch of color correction built in. It will probably get grainy though if it was recorded at too low of an ISO
