Stand-by Problem

Hi. Today my PC wouldn't resume from standby. The power button kept flashing like it does when in standby. I forced it to turn off. After It won't turn on at all. Lights are on and the fans did spin.  But no signal to screen I resolved it by unplugging it and holding the power button. Then it did turn on but after the bios screen the monitor goes dark again. A few minutes later windows decided to show up. What happened here?

Yes. I too have Windows 10 with sleep enabled. But isn't it a hardware issue? ( I had those a lot the past few months). Still I hope it's Windows. But that doesn't explain why I couldn't get past the bios the first try

turn on hybrid sleep ? in the power settings.

I'm about 99.999% sure it's not a hardware issue

it's turned on. but I barly use it
