GTA V / Online Tutorial

Can't join friends. Says I need to finish the GTA Online Tutorial

 

What should i do help me please. I played the game before and yesterday when install the game on my new PC i finish first tutorials. 

I did the mission with the cops at the start where the train hits the back of your car, also i did race mission.

can you join gta online on your own? that also has a tutorial, quite a long one...

Yes i can play online just cant join when friend invites. 

But when i invite him to my closed session he can join.

Do the first mission with Franklin and see what it says, it's like a 6 minute mission.

I am at 2.7% in single player with Franklin. What should i say?

I had this same problem today. To pass the Online tutorial, there's three parts. The first is a race with Lemar, then there's the "get the drugs" one, then there's a Last Team Standing job you have to do. After you've done those, your menu options for inviting and such should become un-greyed out.
