I'm using Z97 anniversary motherboard, and just wondering if there is any way to control speed of those 3pin and 4pin connectors without turning off my PC and going into BIOS.

So I would like to change speed of fans and pump in real time if that's even possible with my cheap mobo.

Any advice?

The headers on the motherboard are controlled through the BIOS once they are setup or configured you don't need to always go into there, Asrock also may have their own fan control software or using something like Speed fan is another option.
