I was thinking around 200 US Dollars.

My current Specs:

AMD A10 7850K Kaver 3.7Ghz Kaveri.

500 GB WD HDD

120 GB SSD Kingston

8 GB Kingston 1600Mhz HyperX Fury Black.

The proffesional Graphcis Card I use now is a potato but can handle some, but I use intergrated one since its more powerfull.

Challenger Tier at League of Legends since Season 5.

for $200, either go for don's suggestion and get an r9 380 4gb for around $160, 380x for around $180(i think), or wait for polaris if you can.

Engine Clock on R7 360 is higher+ if its OC Version

Memory Clock on R7 360 is also Higher

Memory Interface is 2x higher on R9 380

Video Memory is 2x Higher on R9 380 so its almost the same xD, I don't really need so stronk graphics card.

And R9 Is double the cost.

So I guess for the extra money I can buy some additional RAM.

Challenger Tier at League of Legends since Season 5.

The R9 380 has 3 times the internal components so unless the 360 runs at 4GHz it's useless to compare clockspeed.

As a rule of thumb, always go for the best you can afford - the 380 will last a LOT longer since it's a newer revision of GCN and has MUCH better DX12 performance

I am serious, I don't need extreme gaming PC to play "Minecraft"

If I wanted could of gone for Rampage VI and Intel I7 Extreme buy Black Titan X and enjoy.

Need to buy a car for more useful purpases.

The R9 380 is the best budget option as it has the best value (price:performance) - you get less for your money with a 360

My second solution is

CPU:

AMD FX-9590, 4.7GHz

MB:

CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z

GPU:
EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

RAM: Corsair 16GB Vengeance 2400Mhz OC Memory

PSU: Corsair RM Series 1000W

Proffesional Cooler:

Corsair H100i CPU Cooler

What you think, thats max budget I can put into my PC, if you think this can last 5 years I'll buy it.

Nope and don't get that CPU. You will most likely want to change the GPU to something else in 2-3 years. The PSU is overkill.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.

I know PSU Is more then I need incase since its on 30% discount here and if I ever intend to change something I won't have to change power supply and what about CPU its nice, one of most powerfull amd cpus and isn't really expensive.
