What do you think? Is downloading the installers for programs that I use everyday like (Kaspersky, CCleaner, drivers, Chrome and 20 more) and putting them on a usb drive, a better option than downloading them after formatting the system? Or does it not matter?

I know that some downloads change depending on Windows version (for example chrome has 1 download button that adjust the installer to your current PC) and that is why I am afraid that some program wont be fitting to my new system (the same Windows).

For drivers I always get latest before reinstall and do them all at once. For software I have started to use Ninite.com for the most part and manual downloads for the rest.

I also backup user profiles and config files and paste them back in after installing software.
