Quick Sync clone cursor

After installing my new board (Z87 sabertooth) i reinstalled windows, I installed nvidia gpu drivers, intel drivers, then I created a virtual monitor for quicksync, then a clone cursor popped up on the top left of my screen.

 

Removing and readding does nothing so I don't know what to do, google couldnt help.

I never had to create a virtual monitor for Quick Sync (at least for OBS). Are you sure you didn't mess a step up somewhere along the line?

Really? I just hit the Quick Sync radio button, adjusted the bitrate so as not to kill the weako iGPU Pentiums have, and I was off to the races.
