Watercooling vs air cooling in a tropical country

I live in brazil i read in a few forums that AIO water coolers are handicapped in countrys with a hot climate i plan on buying a 6700k and putting a H100 gtx from corsair will the climate alter the performance of the cooler and is air cooling a better alternative

How are they handicapped? I mean, if it's hot, the chip will run hotter regardless of the cooling solution due to the ambient temperature being higher. Nevertheless, a watercooling solution is always better than air regardless of climate.

From what i read the liquid would get hotter and would be less efective dont know if thats bs or not came here for the answer

Not sure where you read that but ignore. Get the Corsair water cooler. It's better.

If you're worried about it, just pick up a Noctua NH-U14. It'll trade blows with the higher end AIO's
I can't say I know but the liquid temps do matter and AIO's are pretty limited in how they perform.
